Sales & Admin VA – Inbound-Only. Fast Leads. Serious Pay. - No beginners

What You’ll Be Doing (80% Sales / 20?min)
– Reply to inbound leads in under 60 seconds via call, SMS, email, DM, and live chat (GoHighLevel)
– Quote jobs, take deposits, and lock in bookings in our CRM (ServiceM8)
– Use battle-tested scripts that convert leads and make commission.
– Keep notes clean and hand off for fulfilment — no mess, no guesswork
Schedule & Tools
– Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (Melbourne time)
- Part time weekend position available too Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm )
– Platforms: GoHighLevel + ServiceM8
– Scripts and templates provided
– Paid training included
Pay & Bonuses (All Stackable)
– Base pay: AUD $300/week (AUD $60/day)
– + 1% commission on booked revenue ( our average job value is $1500, you do the math )
– Paid weekly via Wise (every Friday.)
- Weekend position available too, Saturday and Sunday only.
Performance Bonuses:
– Speed Bonus: Reply under 60 seconds all day = +AUD $25/week
– Booking Bonus: 6+ bookings per day = +AUD $5 per extra booking
– Top Closer Bonus: Highest revenue booked = +AUD $50/week
