Our company is growing — and we’re on the hunt for a full-time Listing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and loves making agents' lives easier by keeping listings sharp and on point.
What you’ll do:
- Manage listings + offer docs from start to finish
- Review contracts, agreements, and MLS entries for accuracy
- Communicate with agents to ensure smooth, on-time listing processes
- Support a team + collaborate with TCs and compliance
- Keep systems clean and clients happy
Requirements/Qualifications
You’re perfect for this if:
- You have 2+ years as a Listing or Transaction Coordinator
- You know Skyslope, Dotloop, KW Command, or MLS platforms
- You’re a master of details, deadlines, and communication
- You thrive in remote work and love a collaborative team vibe
