The Sales Assistant plays a key role in identifying and engaging potential buyers for self-storage development sites. Through research, cold outreach, and strategic follow-up, this position builds a high-quality pipeline and ensures meeting targets are hit consistently.

Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers for self-storage development sites

Conduct market research to identify potential self-storage developers and buyers

Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach

Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and performance reporting

Set and manage buyer meetings, ensuring reminders are sent and attendance is confirmed

Collaborate with internal teams to transfer qualified opportunities

Analyze market trends and contribute to strategy improvements

Provide weekly reporting on outreach efforts, conversion, and meeting volume
Required Skills & Experience:

Must have a dedicated home workspace that is quiet, free from background noise, and conducive to professional virtual work

Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and potential buyers

Proficiency in CRM systems and online research tools

Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of outbound outreach

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Highly self-motivated and comfortable with remote work structure

Experience in business development or prospecting within the real estate or development industry

Knowledge of self-storage or commercial land development sectors

Familiarity with market analysis tools or real estate databases

$4.50 per hour (USD)

$1,000 bonus to be paid out after the closing of any project contracted on or after employment start date.
