About the Role:
The Sales Assistant plays a key role in identifying and engaging potential buyers for self-storage development sites. Through research, cold outreach, and strategic follow-up, this position builds a high-quality pipeline and ensures meeting targets are hit consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers for self-storage development sites
  • Conduct market research to identify potential self-storage developers and buyers
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and performance reporting
  • Set and manage buyer meetings, ensuring reminders are sent and attendance is confirmed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transfer qualified opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to strategy improvements
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach efforts, conversion, and meeting volume
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Must have a dedicated home workspace that is quiet, free from background noise, and conducive to professional virtual work
  • Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and potential buyers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online research tools
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of outbound outreach
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable with remote work structure
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in business development or prospecting within the real estate or development industry
  • Knowledge of self-storage or commercial land development sectors
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools or real estate databases
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $4.50 per hour (USD)
  • $1,000 bonus to be paid out after the closing of any project contracted on or after employment start date.
