A well-established, US-based sporting goods brand is seeking a dynamic and talented Customer Service Rep to join their growing team! The company manufactures custom balls, custom uniforms, and other sporting goods and equipment for a variety of different sports.

Time Zone: US PST
Pay: +/-$1200 USD/month, depending on qualifications
Type: Ind. Contractor, Full time (40 hrs week)
Shift: Night shift,10:30pm - 6:30am PH time (7.30am - 3.30pm US PST)
Primary Responsibilities:
Process orders (mostly through email inbox) received across multiple channels; from internal sales reps to Ecommerce and other orders, verifying all order data, custom artwork files, inventory, production timeliness, and other details. Your job is to take the initial order data and see it all the way through to completion.
Input the order data into the ERP system,
Communicate and coordinate with internal sales, artwork, and production teams to ensure all orders are completed within timelines.
Update customers on the status of their orders.
Provide above and beyond customer service to all customers.
We’d love to see you have:
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products, data entry and/or ERP systems
Experience with custom branded apparel, sporting goods, or promo products is a bonus
Your skills & attributes:
You are a great communicator and have a positive outlook
You are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
You love solving problems (complex custom orders)
You are entrepreneurial, scrappy, and take pride in being a part of a team that provides awesome customer service
