SharePoint Knowledge Specialist Role
Part 1: Knowledge Systems & SharePoint Work (≈50%)
One major responsibility will be helping us modernize how we document and scale our internal processes.
Today, much of our institutional knowledge lives in a network drive (folders, Word docs, PowerPoints, etc.) or in people’s heads. We are intentionally moving away from that and toward SharePoint Pages as a true knowledge and process platform, not just a file repository.
This person will:
This is not about uploading documents. It’s about organizing, structuring, and maintaining information systems so they are usable, scalable, and future-ready.
Part 2: Operational Support for a Key Client (≈50%)
The other half of the role will support one of our more labor-intensive client workflows, working closely with JADE on highly detail-oriented execution work.
This includes:
This work is repeatable, accuracy-driven, and time-consuming. It’s critical to execution quality but not a great use of senior internal time, which is why we see it as a strong fit for offshore support.
