We are hiring experienced outbound sales callers from the Philippines to join our growing outreach team in the behavioral health and substance abuse treatment industry in the United States.
This is a high-performance role for strong communicators who are confident on the phone and experienced in cold calling.

Monday at 8:30 AM Pacific Time
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Full-time outbound calling.
You will be responsible for outbound cold calling and outreach to identify potential referral sources and qualified leads.
Your goal is to connect with prospects, introduce our services, and transfer qualified calls to our admissions team.
Daily responsibilities include:
• High-volume outbound cold calling
• Introducing treatment services professionally
• Qualifying prospects and identifying potential referrals
• Live transferring qualified calls to our admissions team
• Logging call notes and outcomes
• Following outreach scripts and call lists
This is a performance-based outreach role designed for strong sales agents.
• Additional $2.50 per qualified lead transferred
• $10+ commission bonus for successful conversions
• High performers can generate significant additional earnings through commissions
Top callers who consistently perform may also receive increased bonuses and long-term opportunities with our company.
We are looking for experienced cold callers only.
You must have:
✔ Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Clear, confident speaking voice
✔ Ability to build rapport quickly on calls
✔ Reliable internet and headset
✔ Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours
