We’re looking for a confident and proactive General VA (Social Media) who thrives in making systems run better, smoother, and smarter. This is a full-time role: you'll be a trusted partner, taking ownership of systems, coordinating projects, and helping to build a scalable business. If you’re naturally process-driven, detail-oriented, and excited by structure and order, this is the role for you!
This role is approximately 70% operations and systems management, and 30% social media /marketing support. You’ll take ownership of internal projects, help create, maintain and improve SOPs, oversee onboarding and delivery processes, and coordinate with specialists across platforms like WordPress, Kajabi, and ScoreApp.
You’ll also assist us with light marketing tasks like podcast outreach support, social media scheduling, and repurposing content. Strategy is already in place, so your job is to make it happen!

Hours (in Philippine Time): 7am to 3.30pm PHT

You’re confident working with, or have transferable skills to use:
ClickUp (or Asana/Monday), ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Thrivecart.
Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, Canva, ScoreApp, WordPress.
Zoom (breakout rooms, screen share, polls, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM automations, Zapier, or basic video editing tools.
Able to take messy or complex processes and turn them into simple, repeatable systems.
Experience managing onboarding, inbox emails, calendar management, and SOPs in small/online businesses.
Comfortable using tech tools, setting up, and managing CRM automations.
Assertive and strong communication skills. You’re not afraid to push back or say “there’s a better way”.
Excellent English writing and proofreading skills (for formatting and documentation).
Ability to understand abstract business models and adapt quickly.
