What You’ll Be Doing:

• Call business leads daily using our dialer and lead lists (cold calling is a big part of this role)

• Research and find correct phone numbers and emails for leads we provide

• Send emails and text messages to prospects and follow up daily and consistently

• Leave professional, engaging, and persuasive voicemails

• Qualify interested prospects and book appointments for our funding managers

• Power dial through lists and keep detailed notes/updates

• Answer emails and assist with daily clerical/admin tasks

• Schedule calls and support the team with assigned tasks

• Stay organized, persistent, and results-driven with outreach

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English with a clear, professional speaking voice (minimal accent strongly preferred)

• Spanish is a BIG plus (but not required)

• Confident, comfortable, and persuasive on the phone

• High energy, friendly, charismatic, and professional

• Strong work ethic and consistent follow-up mindset

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using dialers, email, texting tools, and basic CRM systems

• Sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a big plus

• Lead Generation Through Marketing

  You will also be responsible for helping generate new leads for the company through marketing efforts.

  This includes:

  • Managing and growing our social media accounts

  • Creating professional and engaging posts related to business funding and entrepreneurship

  • Helping drive traffic and leads to our website

  • Promoting our services through social media marketing strategies

  • Responding to social media messages and inquiries

  • Assisting with website marketing and updates

  • Helping improve online presence and brand visibility

  • Supporting marketing campaigns designed to generate inbound leads

  We are looking for someone who understands how to use social media and online marketing professionally to attract potential clients.

Compensation:

• 750 per month
