The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Debt Collection Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on achieving targets, handling tough conversations with confidence, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Contact customers by phone, email, and text to collect on past-due accounts.

• Negotiate payment arrangements that protect client relationships.

• Document all communications accurately in our system.

• Escalate complex cases to management when needed.

• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in debt collection, BPO voice accounts, or related roles.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) with no or neutral accent.

• Ability to remain calm, assertive, and professional in challenging situations.

• Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps+) and backup power source.

• Dedicated, quiet home workspace.
