Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support our team with product mockups, vector artwork, and print-ready production files for branded merchandise and apparel programs. This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, attention to detail, and experience preparing artwork for print and digital use.

This is a production-focused design role that supports our sales and client service teams by turning concepts and logos into polished, presentation-ready visuals and accurate production files.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product mockups for client presentations, including apparel, print products, promotional items, and branded merchandise

• Prepare vector artwork and print-ready files for production

• Convert client logos and artwork into clean vector formats when needed

• Ensure all artwork meets print specifications and production requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines

• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

• Assist with basic web graphics and digital assets for online stores and marketing materials

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator 

• Experience creating vector artwork and print-ready production files

• Experience developing product mockups for branded merchandise or apparel

• Solid understanding of print production requirements (color modes, bleed, file setup, etc.)

• Experience with web graphics or basic web design

• Strong attention to detail and file organization

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with promotional products, apparel decoration, or branded merchandise

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience preparing artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing
