Position: Administrative & Marketing Support (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Opportunity)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team member to support our Pilates-based medical fitness studio. This role will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and manage our scheduling and client management software
Handle client checkouts and assist with payment tracking
Identify discrepancies in accounts, generate reports, and alert ownership as needed
Create and manage lists related to billing, scheduling, and operations
Post content across three social media platforms and write engaging captions
Assist with basic video editing (experience is a strong plus)
Support the creation of blog content and written marketing materials
Growth Opportunities:
As the role expands, you will be trained on our marketing automation platform built on GoHighLevel and may assist with projects related to our upcoming educational company. This position offers meaningful growth potential for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software systems
Strong written communication skills
Interest in health, fitness, or medical wellness is a plus
Experience with social media management and basic video editing preferred
