We’re a SEO company focused on helping local businesses improve their Google Business Profile visibility and Google Maps rankings.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day SEO fulfillment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prospect potential leads (via Google, social, directories, etc.)

• Conduct Local SEO tasks (Google Business Profile optimisation, map pin creation, posting updates, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

• Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Highly organised and can work independently

• Familiar with Google Business Profile and basic SEO is a big plus

• Experience in prospecting or lead generation

• Quick to learn and proactive with suggestions

• Bonus if you know how to manage and improve websites (WordPress, SEO tweaks, content updates, etc.)

Details:

• Hours: Full Time (5 days per week)

• Schedule: 7AM-4PM Philippine time, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

• Starting hourly rate: $5 AUD per hour

• After 1 month: Increased to $6 AUD per hour based on performance

• Long-term role with room to grow

• Fully remote

• Weekly payments via Wise (You will need to send an invoice at the end of each week)
