In this role you need to be a fast learner, diligent with detail, a good finisher of tasks, communicate very well (both English written and oral), show initiative, be flexible, be very well organized and be 110% reliable.

N8N will likely be used extensively in this role, along with RPA software that can work with websites that don’t have public APIs, such as playwright, puppeteer, powerautomate.
Strong javascript skills are important for the role, other skills include css, familiarity with different javascript framworks, a good understanding of programming logic, and experience in interacting with AI APIs.

A degree in IT will be viewed favourably, as would experience with wordpress.

Tasks initially (don’t worry, if you think you can knock these over in a month or so, there’s a lot more!) will be to:

• Set up automations for students, to facilitate student engagement and repeat purchases (students progress through a wordpress website that has learndash as the learning management system).
• Set up Linkedin and FB prospecting bots
• Establishing a dashboard to track progress.
• Market and competitor research.
• Providing internal IT support.

You will be working directly with a marketer on most activities.

This role is with a online training business in eastern Australia. Hours of work are business hours, Sydney/Melbourne time. Its a full time role.
