This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone experienced in social media management, business development, and CRM optimization. You will be responsible for growing our social media channels, running targeted outreach to build partnerships and gain new clients, managing email marketing, and keeping our CRM system organized and up to date.
Social Media & Content Creation
Own and manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts
Plan and post 3 high-quality pieces of content daily
Design content in Canva that aligns with our brand image
Drive community engagement and audience growth
Lead Generation & Partnerships
Identify and connect with new leads and luxury clients
Pitch and secure partnerships for events, ticket sourcing, and lifestyle services
Expand our network of high-end suppliers and collaborators
Email Marketing
Plan and send email campaigns to prospective and existing clients
Write engaging, conversion-driven email copy
Analyze and improve campaign performance
CRM Management (Monday.com)
Organize and streamline our current Monday.com setup
Input, manage, and clean up lead and client data
Ensure seamless tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and deals
Event Sourcing
Source premium tickets to exclusive and high-demand events globally
Negotiate favorable pricing and access deals
Maintain a curated calendar of high-profile event opportunities
SEO & Web Optimization (Optional/Bonus)
Conduct keyword research and basic SEO improvements
Collaborate on content strategy to improve online visibility
2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and email platforms
CRM experience (preferably with Monday.com)
Strong copywriting and visual branding skills
Organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in the luxury, events, or travel space
