Overview

We’re Hiring Two Executive Assistants!

Join a dynamic and growing company supporting our CEO in both business and personal operations.

1. Full-Time Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO with business-related tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and inbox coordination
  • Assisting in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Internal communication and team coordination
  • Creating reports, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Managing business projects and ad-hoc tasks on behalf of the CEO
  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors

Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Denver Time)
(exact schedule to be discussed during the interview)

2. Part-Time Personal Assistant

We are also hiring a part-time Personal Assistant to help manage the CEO’s personal and household needs. This role is perfect for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive personal tasks with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating errands and personal appointments
  • Helping manage rental property communications
  • Scheduling home services or maintenance
  • Assisting with travel planning and personal reminders
  • Supporting with personal and family-related tasks as needed

Shift Schedule:
Flexible hours depending on need and availability (Denver Time)

Benefits:

  • 10 days paid time off (PTO) per year
  • 5 days paid sick leave
  • 13th-month pay
  • 90-day probationary period followed by regularization

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications for Full-time:

  • Previous EA or operations experience required (at least 2 years experience is required)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, and other remote tools

Qualifications for Part-time:

  • Previous PA or admin experience preferred (at least 2 years experience is required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Discretion and respect for privacy
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive
