We are an established and rapidly growing real estate team with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to expand, we’re actively seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us connect with real estate agents and recruit them to our team. If you’re an organized, goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be to help our team recruit talented real estate agents by scheduling calls and meetings with prospective candidates. You will proactively reach out to agents, introduce our team and opportunities, and book calls to discuss the benefits of joining our growing real estate team. Outreach channels include DM’s on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Email, Txt, Phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential real estate agents who may be a good fit for our team.
  • Reach out to these agents via email, phone calls, and text messages to introduce our real estate team and schedule a call with a team leader.
  • Use our CRM system (GoHigh Level) to track communication, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized records.
  • Keep track of all scheduled appointments and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional.
  • Help manage outreach campaigns and work closely with our team to provide feedback on responses and trends.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the recruiting process as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles (experience in recruiting or real estate is a plus).
  • Experience sending dm’s to cold prospects with a track record of booking appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and scheduling appointments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (experience with GoHighLevel is a bonus, but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a remote working environment.
