As we continue to expand, we’re actively seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us connect with real estate agents and recruit them to our team. If you’re an organized, goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be to help our team recruit talented real estate agents by scheduling calls and meetings with prospective candidates. You will proactively reach out to agents, introduce our team and opportunities, and book calls to discuss the benefits of joining our growing real estate team. Outreach channels include DM’s on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Email, Txt, Phone.
