Broker Compliance Transaction Coordinator

Are you a detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, compliance-savvy pro?
We’re looking for a full-time Broker Compliance TC who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and keeps real estate files 100% compliant.
What You’ll Do:
- Review transaction files for accuracy and legal compliance
- Communicate with agents and TCs to fix documents and stay on track
- Keep systems updated and support internal audits
- Be the organized, proactive team member our compliance team needs
Requirements/Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of real estate compliance or TC experience
- Know Skyslope, Dotloop, KW Command, or OpenToClose
- Enjoy remote work and collaborating with a team
- Have experience with Texas compliance (preferred)
