Position Type: Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) with growth to full-time
Rate: $13 AUD/hr ($8.50 USD/hr) to start, scaling to $15-18 AUD/hr ($10-12 USD/hr)
Urgent callouts: $18 AUD/hr ($12 USD/hr)
About Us
We provide clients with fully done-for-you (DFY) business systems using Go High Level. We're looking for a dedicated tech specialist who can become our go-to person for all technical challenges and custom automations.
What You'll Do
- Technical Problem Solving: Step in when systems break, automations fail, or custom solutions are needed
- Client Onboarding Support: Handle technical setup when our support team needs specialised GHL expertise
- Quality Assurance: Test and verify all funnels, payments, and email sequences before client delivery
- Custom Automation: Build and maintain internal systems using GHL + Make.com
- System Maintenance: Ensure our backend systems run smoothly and reliably
- Rapid Response: Handle urgent issues during launches and critical onboarding phases
What We Need
- Deep GHL Experience: Proven track record with funnels, automations, snapshots, and the full GHL ecosystem
- Automation Expertise: Strong experience with Make.com or Zapier for complex integrations
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Can quickly diagnose issues and implement solutions independently
- Long-term Focus: Looking for someone seeking a permanent role, not juggling multiple clients
- Reliability: Available for urgent situations and committed to response times
- Communication: Clear English for collaborating with our team and occasionally clients
