About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Instagram Outreach VA to help us identify creators who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and send outreach messages using our scripts.

Your job is to:

• Find creators who match our ICP (we will train you on this)
• Send Instagram DMs using our scripts
• Follow our tagging/tracking system
• Respond using pre-written replies
• Report your work daily
• Communicate clearly and consistently

We will teach you everything step-by-step.

📋 Your Daily Tasks

✅ Search for new creators who match our ICP BEFORE sending any messages
✅ Check profiles for eligibility based on our training
✅ Send DMs using a simple outreach script
✅ Add short personalised lines
✅ Update the tracker (copy/paste)
✅ Notify the team when someone replies
✅ Write a daily report
