We are a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a skilled Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to support our internal team.

This is NOT a blog-writing or SEO role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong visual design ability who can execute clean, modern, professional graphics quickly and consistently.

This role is part-time to start, with potential for long-term full-time work if performance is strong.

Hourly Rate:

$4–$5 USD/hour (based on skill and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Create social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

• Design marketing assets (lead magnets, PDFs, one-pagers)

• Build presentation slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint)

• Create simple brand kits and visual layouts

• Resize and repurpose existing creative

• Follow brand guidelines for multiple clients

Required Skills:

• Strong Canva skills (advanced level preferred)

• Understanding of layout, typography, and spacing

• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Fast turnaround and strong communication

• Reliable internet
