Role Overview

You’ll be our right hand for execution: setting up funnels, uploading content, maintaining email lists, and assisting with marketing campaigns. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain funnels in Systeme.io

• Upload, format, and schedule content (Canva, TikTok, Instagram)

• Manage email sequences, tags, and automations

• Assist with affiliate product uploads and tracking

• Track KPIs in provided Google Sheets/Notion templates

• Perform basic research (competitor, hashtag, affiliate programs)

Mandatory Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (digital marketing focus)

• Familiarity with Systeme.io or similar funnel builders

• Strong Canva skills (create, edit, resize templates)

• Comfortable with TikTok/Instagram posting & scheduling

• Excellent written English and attention to detail

• Reliable internet and ability to work US hours (partial overlap)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (ConvertKit/MailChimp)

• Understanding of affiliate marketing concepts

• Familiarity with ManyChat or chatbots

Work Hours & Compensation

• Start part-time (20 hours/week), expand as needed

• Pay negotiable depending on experience; base rate $4–$6/hr or fixed monthly retainer

• Bonuses for hitting KPIs and delivering ahead of deadlines
