Job Description:
Welcome to the role of a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients via video calls. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, explaining insurance benefits and collecting patient payments. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills in order to successfully perform this role. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients. Job Responsibilities Include:
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments
• Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system
• Collect copays and other payments
• Explaining insurance benefits
• Answer patient questions and provide guidance
• Process patient intake forms
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual with experience in customer service and administrative responsibilities. The candidate must enjoy helping others, as this is the main focus of our business. Candidate must also possess:

•Must speak Mandarin & English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask and work well with others on the team
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
• Minimal background noise
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Dress professionally
• A great eye for detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records

Contractor Computer Spec Requirements:
• Windows 10/11 or newer (No MAC)
• Processor - Intel (Core i5 8th Gen, Year 2017)/AMD (Ryzen, Year 2017)/M1 or newer
• RAM – 8GB or more
• Hard Drive - SSD
• Network connection - Ethernet connection to network (wired). Fiber internet provider recommended.
• Webcam, USB headset
• Dual Monitor
