About the Role:
We are hiring a dynamic, proactive B2C Intake and B2B Sales Development Representative to drive growth by building strategic B2B referral relationships while also fielding inbound inquiries from families (B2C) seeking home care support.
This role combines high-level outbound outreach to hospitals, clinics, social workers, and other referral points with warm, empathetic B2C intake handling. You'll be supporting a fast-moving field-based marketing lead, acting as her remote counterpart and internal anchor.
This is a full-time, independent contractor role with high visibility and impact, ideal for a street-smart, independent thinker with a strong background in outbound sales and a natural ability to connect with people — particularly in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries.

B2C Intake Coordination (25-40%)
Receive and manage intake calls from people interested in our services and convert those that are qualified into paying clients
Handle inbound inquiries from families with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
