We are looking for experienced Filipino cold callers with strong sales and communication skills to join our outreach team in the U.S. behavioral health and substance abuse treatment industry.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, experienced in outbound calling, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

You will be responsible for calling potential contacts, introducing our services, and transferring qualified leads to our admissions team.

We are looking for serious professionals who can communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and consistently generate qualified leads.

Position Details

Start Date: Monday at 8:30 AM Pacific Time

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time

Full-time outbound calling position.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily
• Introduce our services in a professional and confident manner
• Identify qualified prospects and potential referral sources
• Transfer qualified leads directly to our admissions team
• Record notes and outcomes from calls
• Follow call scripts and outreach lists provided

Compensation

This is a performance-based outreach role designed for experienced callers.

• Additional $2.50 for each qualified lead transferred to our team
• $10+ commission bonus for successful conversions
• Top performers can earn significantly more through commissions
