We are seeking a proactive, creative, and initiative-driven General Virtual Assistant (GVA) with expertise in video editing, photo editing, and some experience in AI generation using Midjourney or a strong willingness to learn. We're a growing academy that values innovation in delivering top-quality online courses.

This is a full-time role with an initial probation period. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Edit social content and promotional videos to ensure high-quality, engaging visuals that align with the branding.
• Create visuals using Midjourney.
• Add subtitles, recipe cards, and other materials to courses (training provided).
• Handle meetings and calendars, reminding tasks, deadlines, and creating minutes of meetings.
• Help manage the website by updating Thinkific and Wixsite if necessary (training provided).
• Assist with student queries, invoices, certificates, and course-related matters.
• Handle social media and email customer service inquiries.
• Help with research and other admin tasks as needed.
