Job Description

We are hiring a creative Social Media & AI Content Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to produce high-quality content and help build a consistent digital presence. This is a part-time role supporting a solo creative agency founder.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Create social media graphics, posts, and reels

• Good with Social Media platforms, Instagram and TikTok mainly

• Draft captions, blog snippets, lead magnets, and marketing content.

• Utilise ChatGPT-5 & Leonardo for content ideation, copy refinement, and visual creation.

• Organise workflows in Notion for scheduling, posting, and collaboration.

Tools You should be able to use:

• Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere or similar)

• Leonardo & ChatGPT-5 (for AI-assisted design & writing)

• Usplash, Motion Aray

• Notion (task management & content calendar)

• Google Drive/Docs

Soft Skills:

• Strong written English

• Creative eye for design and brand consistency

• Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Comfortable blending traditional design + AI tools

Experience Level: Mid-Expert Level

Salary & Hours

• $8/hour

• 7 hours/week (~$224/month)
