About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is fully remote and will focus on responding immediately to warm leads generated through Facebook. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with potential customers, building rapport quickly, and guiding them to the next step in our sales process.

Key responsibility: Call new leads within 60 seconds of submission and book them for an appointment with our Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Call and engage with inbound leads in under 60 seconds of submission.

• Qualify prospects, answer initial questions, and explain our services clearly.

• Book appointments with our Office Manager for qualified leads.

• Follow call scripts and proven sales processes to maximize conversions.

• Record and update lead information and call notes accurately in our CRM.

• Follow up with leads who were not immediately available.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

• Provide excellent customer service that builds trust and rapport.

• The leads you will be calling are interested in renting a large houseboat on a lake

Success in This Role

You will know you are successful when:

• You consistently book new leads for an appointment with our Office Manager.

• You maintain high responsiveness (calling leads within 60 seconds).

• You achieve or exceed call volume and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.

• Strong phone presence and ability to build quick connections.

• Reliable internet and computer setup for remote work.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Flexible, coachable, and eager to improve performance.

• Availability to work one of the three 8-hour shifts consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PhoneBurner or similar power dialer software.

• Experience using Go High Level CRM.

• Prior experience in inbound or outbound phone sales.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $4 – $5 per hour, depending on experience.
