Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

As part of our growth, we are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by generating high-quality leads and driving business growth.
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Emerge Tech, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of leads. You’ll be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, initiating outreach efforts, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales opportunities. Your focus will be on identifying key prospects in the tech industry and setting up meetings for our recruitment consultants to close deals.
Lead Identification & Research:
Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, company databases, industry reports, etc.) to research and identify potential clients in the tech space, particularly those in need of recruitment services for highly specialized roles.
Segment and prioritize leads based on company size, industry, and hiring needs.
Outreach & Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
Use personalization techniques to engage leads and build relationships.
Qualification & Nurturing:
Qualify leads based on their potential need for recruitment services and their readiness to engage with Emerge Tech.
Nurture leads through follow-up emails, calls, and outreach to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Sales & Recruitment Teams:
Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to understand target clients, develop outreach strategies, and pass on qualified leads for further conversion.
Ensure smooth handovers and effective communication between the lead generation and sales teams.
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or tech industry.
Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential clients and gather insights from various sources.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using social media platforms for lead generation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
