We’re hiring a reliable, professional, and energetic outbound caller to connect with U.S.-based independent natural grocery stores. You’ll follow a proven simple script, but success comes from being natural, friendly, and clear — not robotic.
Important: This is not a sales role. Your only goal is to politely collect the store’s email address for future communications. It is different from our sales/placement calling role.

Compensation
• $5.00 USD per hour base pay (paid weekly)
This is a straightforward data collection role with steady daily calls. Reliable callers who complete their assigned calls consistently will earn a stable income.

Position Details
This is a short-term position lasting 1 to 2 months. If you perform strongly (consistent calls, good energy, high email collection rate), you will have the opportunity to progress into our higher-compensated sales/placement role (with performance bonuses and potential earnings of $13–$30+/hour).


What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to U.S. grocery stores
• Use our simple script + lead list
• Politely ask for and collect the store’s email address
• Log the information accurately

Requirements
• Fluent English with clear, professional phone presence and neutral accent
• Confident, friendly, and polite on the phone
• Quiet workspace + reliable high-speed internet
• Headset and laptop required
• Self-motivated and consistent
• BPO or outbound calling experience preferred

Work Schedule (Required)
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. time)
• Full-time only
• Must be punctual daily
