About the Role

You’ll be supporting a creative, client-facing business that thrives on precision, aesthetics, and efficiency. We need someone who can jump into our systems, streamline the way we work, and help us keep on top of inquiries, leads, and admin tasks — all while being proactive and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily inbox management: email scheduling, organisation, light client communication, and flagging priority items

• Follow up with leads across platforms (Wix, Studio Ninja, Gmail) to encourage bookings and close loops

• Assist with light data entry and admin across our client database, Airtable, and project management tools

• Set up and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Airtable, and Wix

• Help organise and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and internal processes

• Support light social media tasks: e.g. Reels formatting, Canva content editing, content library updates

• Offer day-to-day admin support across internal projects and digital marketing coordination

• Proactively suggest improvements in operations, systems, and client workflows

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Experience with systems and automation tools: Airtable, Zapier, Google Workspace, Wix, or similar

• Strong organisational skills — loves inbox zero, logical workflows, and clean data

• Confidence in client follow-ups, email management, and professional messaging tone

• Can take ownership without constant follow-up — self-motivated, curious, and proactive

• Bonus if you’ve worked in a fashion label, digital marketing agency, or creative brand

• Bonus if you have light creative skills: Canva, short-form video edits, formatting for social

Work Structure

• Part-Time: 10–15 hours per week

• Long-term role for the right candidate
