We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team supporting one of our U.S.-based clients in the technology and services sector.

This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals and experience supporting U.S. clients. If you're organized, analytical, and thrive in a remote setup, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

•  Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time

•  Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting

•  Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance

•  Support payroll and expense tracking

•  Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing and payments

•  Help prepare tax documents and assist with year-end closing

•  Use accounting software and spreadsheets to manage data

•  Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

•  At least 5+ years of accounting experience (U.S. client experience preferred)

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

•  Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)

•  Strong attention to detail and time management skills

•  Clear and professional communication skills

•  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
