🏡 Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Specialist (Remote)

We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant who is proactive, organized, and experienced in the Airbnb and short-term rental industry. This is a remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to support both guests and internal operations.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service via email, chat, and phone.

• Coordinate with local teams (cleaners, handymen, vendors) to ensure seamless turnover and maintenance.

• Handle guest issues, bookings, cancellations, and special requests professionally.

• Manage team communications, scheduling, and task follow-ups.

• Prepare owner statements and categorize financial transactions (bookkeeping experience is a plus).

• Use ChatGPT, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and Canva for various administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Priority given to ex-Airbnb employees

• Experience in Airbnb or short-term rental management is required.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and ChatGPT.

• Ability to take calls and respond to emails promptly during working hours.

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Experience with PMS or channel managers (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) is a plus — training available.
