Direct Response | Part-Time | Remote
We’re looking for someone who understands direct response advertising, not just writing nice captions.
Your job is to help us develop winning ad angles, hooks, and scripts for Facebook & Instagram ads.
You’ll work collaboratively with our team to create ad concepts based on:
• what’s already working
• our customer avatar
• real ad performance data.
This role sits between strategy and execution — helping shape ads that convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Writing scroll-stopping hooks
• Developing ad angles and concepts
• Writing short video ad scripts
• Helping plan creative tests
• Reviewing what ads are working and suggesting improvements
• Collaborating with our creative editor who produces the ads
This role is not about long-form copy.
It’s about creating short, punchy, direct-response ad creatives.
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Understand direct response marketing
• Know how to write hooks that stop the scroll
• Understand customer avatars and pain points
• Can turn ideas into clear ad scripts
• Think in tests, angles, and iterations
• Can collaborate with a creative team
Bonus Experience
• Meta / Facebook ads
• Fitness or coaching brands
• Local business marketing
• UGC-style ads
• Hormozi style direct-response marketing
Workload
This is a part-time role (5hours per week).
The goal is quality ideas and strong ad concepts, not busy work.
