We are seeking a proactive Creator Manager to support the growth of our TikTok Live Creator Network agency.

This role combines recruiting and coaching. You will be responsible for identifying creators, bringing them into the agency, and helping them become active and consistent Live hosts.

This is a based-pay plus performance driven position that requires daily outreach, follow up, and direct creator support.

What You Will Do

• Identify and recruit creators into the agency
• Send outreach messages daily
• Screen and qualify potential creators
• Guide creators through onboarding
• Coach creators on consistency and Live expectations
• Track creator activity and performance
• Follow up to ensure creators stay active

What This Role Requires

• Comfortable with outreach and recruiting
• Ability to coach and guide creators
• Strong follow up and communication skills
• Organized and able to track multiple creators
• Consistent daily execution

You will be responsible for both bringing creators in and helping them stay active.

Compensation

This role includes base pay plus performance incentives.

Additional incentive compensation is tied to:

• Creator retention
• Creator activity and consistency

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Live culture
• Experience with outreach, recruiting, or sales
• Self managed and reliable
• Able to work part time with consistent availability
