RiteCare is expanding our Lab Results Support Team and is seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused clinical professional based in the Philippines to join our growing remote healthcare team.

This role involves direct patient communication, timely follow-up on lab results, and close collaboration with U.S.-based providers to ensure patients receive accurate information and appropriate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate lab results directly to patients in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner

• Conduct follow-up calls with patients who have positive or abnormal results, including:

  • Discussing provider-directed treatment plans

  • Asking relevant clinical screening questions (e.g., recent medications, allergies, symptoms)

• Assist providers with:

  • Sending prescriptions

  • Switching pharmacies as needed

  • Ensuring medications are processed accurately and promptly

• Document all patient interactions clearly and thoroughly in the EMR

• Coordinate closely with providers to ensure continuity of care and timely patient follow-up

Qualifications:

• Clinical background preferred (RN, Pharmacist, or equivalent clinical experience)

• Proven experience with patient communication, especially phone-based support

• Strong working knowledge of EMRs/EHR systems

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a U.S.-based team
