RiteCare is expanding our Lab Results Support Team and is seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused clinical professional based in the Philippines to join our growing remote healthcare team.
This role involves direct patient communication, timely follow-up on lab results, and close collaboration with U.S.-based providers to ensure patients receive accurate information and appropriate care.
Communicate lab results directly to patients in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner
Conduct follow-up calls with patients who have positive or abnormal results, including:
Discussing provider-directed treatment plans
Asking relevant clinical screening questions (e.g., recent medications, allergies, symptoms)
Assist providers with:
Sending prescriptions
Switching pharmacies as needed
Ensuring medications are processed accurately and promptly
Document all patient interactions clearly and thoroughly in the EMR
Coordinate closely with providers to ensure continuity of care and timely patient follow-up
Clinical background preferred (RN, Pharmacist, or equivalent clinical experience)
Proven experience with patient communication, especially phone-based support
Strong working knowledge of EMRs/EHR systems
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a U.S.-based team
Full-time, remote position
Applicants must be based in the Philippines
Must be able to work U.S. business hours
