Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Baguio City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success with our products. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support, engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring village emergency devices and SIM data, as well as analyzing customer usage data to provide valuable insights to our product development team.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer engagement, support, and retention, with knowledge and experience in tech support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in quality testing software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
- UK or Australian accent is a plus
- Undergraduates are encouraged to apply as long as they possess all the necessary skills
