Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's business owner and operations team in managing the full lifecycle of building signage projects—from initial bid through to installation and completion. This role is responsible for tracking project activities and documentation across 30–50 active projects using Monday.com, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and organized records throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and document all phases of signage projects using Monday.com
Maintain up-to-date records and timelines for 30–50 active projects
Monitor and follow up on key project elements, including:
Serve as the central point of contact for project-related information between internal team members, clients, and suppliers
Provide timely reminders and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
Flag delays, risks, or missing information to support timely project execution
