We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Distribution Coordinator to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the distribution of our music catalog via the Label Engine and SoundOn platforms, ensuring that track and album information, artist details, royalty splits, expenses and relevant assets are accurately entered and maintained.

This position requires strong English language skills, data entry proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues with external teams. You’ll also manage a CRM to track the status of each distribution and support additional music distribution-related tasks as needed to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain track and album metadata, artist information, royalty splits, expenses and associated assets in the Label Engine and SoundOn platforms with precision.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent, error-free distribution of music across digital platforms.
- Maintain a CRM with up-to-date information on distribution status, tracking each track or album’s progress and ensuring timely follow-up as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of all entered information, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Work professionally with confidential information, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Act as a point of contact to resolve any issues that may arise with external teams, ensuring smooth coordination and troubleshooting distribution-related challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address data discrepancies, maintain distribution schedules, and support seamless delivery of music.
- Assist with other music distribution-related tasks and projects as needed to support the team and enhance distribution efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
- Experience with Label Engine and SoundOn or similar digital music distribution platforms is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in music distribution, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of royalty splits and digital music distribution practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data entry software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have fast internet speeds to download/upload music assets
- Experience with Monday.com a big plus.

Schedule:
Part-time, 20 hours per week
Availability during Greenwich Mean Time business hours required.
