We are a New Zealand–based Lawn Mowing Franchise looking for a reliable Philippines-based Virtual Assistant for long-term admin and customer support work.

Work from home, but work closely with our NZ and Philippine based team.

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM New Zealand Time

• Monday to Friday

Pay

• ₱10,500 per week, paid weekly

• ₱11,500 per week after 90 days

• Quarterly performance reviews and pay evaluation

Key Tasks

• General admin support

• Answering phone calls and speaking with customers

• Taking accurate details and asking relevant questions

• Responding to emails (templates provided)

• Managing calendars and booking appointments

• Using a CRM system

• Team communication via WhatsApp

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines

• Strong spoken and written English

• Professional phone manner

• Quiet home workspace

• Own computer/laptop and headset (VOIP phone system)

• Reliable internet and power

• Able to work NZ business hours
