Position: Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Lead Engagement/Nurturing & Content Creation (Luxury Beauty Brand)
Location: Remote
Hours: 30+ hours/week (with potential to grow)
Time Zone Requirement: Must be available 9 AM – 4/5 PM Pacific Time (PST)

We are a growing luxury aesthetics and beauty brand looking for a results-driven, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us build our brand, engage directly with leads, and nurture online conversions.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of content creation, direct client communication, group engagement, and light local SEO duties. You must have experience and confidence representing a premium brand tone in beauty, skincare, PMU, and body art services.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content using brand-provided photos and videos (Reels, carousels, captions using Canva or similar tools)
- Schedule & manage posts using Meta Business Suite, Later, or Planoly across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Write in the voice of our luxury brand (refined, trustworthy, approachable)
- Manage and reply to DMs and emails — convert inquiries into booked consultations
- Proactive lead follow-up (via DMs, email, or CRM tools like HoneyBook or spreadsheets)
- Inbox management and leaf nurturing (filtering, labeling, replying, escalating as needed — in real time during PST hours)
- Engage in online groups (e.g. local moms’ groups, small business communities) to raise awareness and represent the brand
- Manage our private Facebook group (moderation, posting, engaging members, driving interest)
- Post geo-tagged content on Google My Business (light duty, just 1–2 times/week after geotagging photos)
✅ You MUST Have:
- Full availability 9 AM – 4/5 PM PST, 30+ hours/week
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, including Facebook Groups & IG scheduling
- Experience creating content from raw media (Reels, short-form, carousel graphics, etc.)
- Excellent written English — clear, warm, luxury-aligned tone
- Strong understanding of social media strategy + client acquisition flow
- CRM tracking experience (HoneyBook, Dubsado, or organized spreadsheets)
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and email tools like Flodesk, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
- Ability to proactively manage tasks, follow up with leads, and maintain detailed tracking
💡 Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or personal service space
- Have worked with Google My Business (GMB) and basic local SEO
- Understand the client journey from social interaction to booking
- Have supported personal brands, medspas, PMU artists, or similar businesses
