Your Daily Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to potential leads, following up on inquiries, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to generate new real estate opportunities
• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all lead information, interactions, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and tracked
• Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to share lead information, market insights, and coordinate property showings or consultations
• Utilize various digital tools and platforms, such as video conferencing software, social media, and online property databases, to engage with leads and showcase listings
• Set and monitor personal performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and appointment bookings, to meet or exceed team targets
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends, improve sales techniques, and share best practices with colleagues
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to team leaders and management

Required Skills and Tools

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English and Filipino)
