Your Daily Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators to optimize the hiring process and meet organizational goals

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and Boolean search
• Familiarity with video interviewing tools and assessment platforms
