Your Daily Role and Responsibilities

• Utilize communication and collaboration platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom to facilitate real-time discussions, share updates, and conduct virtual meetings with both internal stakeholders and vendor representatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information, contracts, and performance metrics using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or specialized vendor management software.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on vendor performance, project status, and potential issues to management, using data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau to present insights effectively.
• Negotiate and review vendor contracts, terms, and conditions in collaboration with the legal and procurement teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities
