Hire talent in the Philippines with tool certifications

Not a quiz. Talent show real work with the specific tools they use day-to-day, from ChatGPT to GoHighLevel, and a human reviews every submission. Each certification shows on their profile so you can see exactly what they bring.

The Certification Process

Every assessment is timed and integrity-checked. Talent first catch the flaws we plant in realistic client work, then back it up with proof of their own. A badge is only issued when both hold up under review.

Step 1

Share Their Experience

Talent explains how they actually use the tool in their day-to-day work. What tasks, what workflows, what results.

"Describe your typical workflow when using this tool for a work task. What types of tasks do you use it for most often?"

Step 2

Show Thought Process

Given real work scenarios, they walk through their approach step-by-step.

Real client situations
Problem-solving approach
Why, not just what
Step 3

Link Portfolio

They share examples of real work created with the tool.

GitHub repos
Project links
Work samples
Step 4

Human Review

Our team reviews every submission. No auto-grading. We evaluate depth of knowledge and quality of work.

2-3 business day turnaround
Detailed feedback if rejected
Badge added to profile if approved
60 minutes to complete
90-day cooldown if failed
Failed attempts visible on profiles

*Certification disclaimer

Certifications are internal proficiency assessments created, administered, and reviewed by HireTalent.ph. They are based on simulated client scenarios and evidence of real work submitted by the talent, and reflect our team's review of that submission at a point in time. Assessment content, criteria, and the catalog of available certifications may change as the tools themselves evolve, and certifications may be updated or retired over time.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the tool makers listed on this page. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Our certifications are not vendor credentials, do not represent completion of any official training or certification program from the tool makers, and do not grant any rights in or access to the tools themselves.

A certification is not a guarantee of a talent's performance, availability, or fitness for any particular role or engagement, and it is not employment, legal, or professional advice. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and should evaluate candidates through their normal process.

Certifications are free for talent to attempt. Submissions found to misrepresent someone else's work as the talent's own are rejected and may result in removal of existing badges or account termination. Unsuccessful attempts are subject to a waiting period before a retake.
