How are invoices created today?
Your team member submits an invoice from their dashboard — they fill in the period, hours, rate, amount, and what they worked on. The invoice lands in your queue for review.
Is there auto-generation from time logs?
Not yet. We're building this — it's on the roadmap. Today, the invoice-submission step is manual on your team's end.
Can I edit an invoice before approving it?
Yes. Before approval, you can adjust the amount, add bonuses or deductions, and include notes. Once you're satisfied, approve it to move to payment.
How do I pay an approved invoice?
Click "Pay" on any approved invoice and funds transfer from your Wise account to your team member's bank account. You can also batch-pay multiple invoices at once.
Can I export invoices for my accounting software?
Yes. Export individual invoices as PDF for records, or download a CSV of payments for importing into QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software. Full payment history is available for audit purposes.
