Frequently Asked Questions
Who can message candidates?
Any employer, on any plan — including free — can message candidates who have applied to one of their job postings. For proactive cold outreach to talent who haven't applied, you need the Employer plan (10/day, 200/month) or Team plan (25/day, 500/month).
What happens if I hit my cold-outreach limit?
You'll be paused from starting new threads with non-applicants for the rest of the day or month, depending on which cap you hit. Messaging your own job applicants is never rate-limited, and replies inside existing conversations are never limited either. Upgrade your plan or wait for the window to reset.
Can I share files or links in messages?
You can share links in any message — paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Figma, or GitHub URL and the candidate can open it directly. Native file attachments aren't supported in the chat today; for now, sharing a link is the way to send documents, NDAs, or briefs.
